Asilux Care reserves the right to make unannounced changes it deems appropriate in its website.

Privacy and Confidentiality Policy

In order to access certain sections or make use of certain services, the user must provide Asilux Care with personal and/or confidential data by filling out various forms or sending e-mails.

Asilux Care will explain to the user the purpose for which it collects this data. Therefore, by providing their personal and/or confidential data, the user gives their full consent to the use of their data for this purpose.

These data will be incorporated into an automated file owned by Asilux Care. Asilux Care, as the party responsible for said file, undertakes to take care of the personal and/or confidential data in accordance with Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, 1999, on the Protection of Personal Data and, in particular:

The User undertakes to keep the data provided to the File Manager duly updated. The User will be responsible for any damages that Asilux Care S.L. may suffer as a result of the lack of truthfulness, inaccuracy, lack of validity and authenticity of the data provided.

The Username and Password chosen by the User in the registration process are personal and non-transferable. In this sense, the User undertakes to diligently safeguard his/her User Name and Password, adopting the necessary measures to prevent their loss, theft, disclosure to third parties or unauthorized use.

Likewise, the User undertakes to make an appropriate and diligent use of his/her User Name and Password, being the only responsible for its illicit use or contrary to the present Conditions.

Communication by Asilux Care, s.l. of user data to Third Parties

The user expressly authorizes Asilux Care to communicate his personal data to third party companies or professionals whenever necessary for the proper provision of the service requested by him.

Exclusion of liability

Asilux Care will do everything in its power to make browsing your portal secure.

However, ASILUX CARE S.L. disclaims any liability for the malicious use of its website by third parties. Likewise, Asilux Care is not responsible for damages caused by an incorrect use of its website.

Asilux Care declares that this portal was conceived with the appropriate technology to allow the access and use of the same. However, it shall not be liable for damages due to the possible presence of viruses or other harmful elements, introduced by any means or by any third party, which may cause alterations in its computer systems.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

For any controversy related to this legal notice, the parties agree to expressly submit to the courts of Madrid.
