We provide you with all the advice, guidance, management and services you need to avoid the stress of this type of situation.
Our services are aimed at people of Spanish nationality and people of other nationalities who reside in Spain for long and short periods of time and for different reasons such as work, studies, expatriates, vacations, second residence, etc…
Services can be contracted in packages or individually, for periods of time or on an ad hoc basis according to our client’s needs. Once you contact us and let us know your needs, our personal consultant will advise you on the most favorable type of contract for you.

Consulting, guidance and management

- Second Medical Opinion. Unlike other companies, in Asilux Care the second medical opinion service will always be in person or online depending on the diagnostic case to be treated.
At Asilux Care, we believe that regardless of all the diagnostic tests provided to the medical specialist, there is a very important factor such as empathy, closeness and direct dialogue between the patient and the medical specialist. - Tracking of your insurance company’s medical charts to locate the most appropriate health professional and medical center according to your pathology.
- Advice and study of what you have contracted with your insurance company so that you can have the most appropriate insurance according to your needs and the place where you live.
- Priority management of appointments with medical specialists and other health services.
- Negotiation management with insurance companies.
- Coordination of appointments on the same day (diagnostic tests, tests, medical consultations,…) to avoid travel and time.
Travel and logistics management
- Management of stays for the patient and family members outside their locality or country.
- Management of transfers for medical treatments, diagnostic tests and medical consultations.
- Management of transfers between public and private hospitals.
Accompaniment
- We accompany the patient to medical consultations, diagnostic tests and medical treatments.
Our staff will accompany the patient at all times, will be at his side offering support, security and peace of mind, handling any incident that may occur during the visit.
As qualified personnel and with prior authorization from the patient or family member, you may intervene with questions and request any information you consider necessary and appropriate both from the patient himself to share with the external health professional and with the latter in order for our client to have the most detailed and comprehensive information. - Accompaniment during hospital stays.
The contracted Asilux Care professional accompanies the patient during the hospital stay during the contracted hours and period. He is in charge of attending to all kinds of needs of the patient during his stay in the hospital, interacting with the hospital’s healthcare team and informing the family of the patient’s condition and medical reports. You will also keep track of medication, meals, visitors, as well as needs that arise during your hospital stay.
The escort service is provided by qualified health personnel: clinic assistant, technicians and nurses.
The escort service is provided in both private and public environments and always respecting the rules of the hospital, clinic or health center where it is carried out.
